Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Vernon is requesting proposals from qualified Third Party Claims Administrators (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator or TPA”) to provide workers compensation claims administration services for the City’s self-insured Workers’ Compensation Program.

This is done at cost for both parties. The third party would scan Library collections at their own expense without profit and thenreturn the physical files to the Library and also include the digitized versions as well for the Library’s digital collections for the greater public at large.
