The County of Ventura (hereinafter referred to as County) invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide Budget Preparation Application System Software for the Ventura County Executive Office. The system proposed must interface with the County’s existing systems: County’s HR/Payroll System (Peoplesoft 9.2), Ventura County Financial Management System (CGI).
