If other potential suppliers submit a Statement of Capabilities that meets the City’s requirements as set out in this ACAN, the City may proceed to a competitive procurement process.If no other suppliers submit a Statement of Capabilities that meets the City’s requirements as set out in this ACAN, the City may proceed to award to the pre-selected supplier.The City has sole, unfettered discretion to determine whether a Statement of Capabilities meets the City’s requirements.
