Coffee concentrate, decaffeinated, 97% caffeine free see specifications and special terms and conditions below).  100% coffee roasted, blended and brewed from coffee beans, with no additives or preservatives.  Caffeine content .01% to .03%.  Product shall contain at least 23% coffee solids per volume of concentrate.  PH shall be within a range of 4.95-5.15.  Product shall be prepared, processed and packaged under modern sanitary conditions.  Shelf life shall be at least 1 year frozen or at least 24

days chilled at 40degrees Fahrenheit or below .  Product shall be frozen at time of delivery, packed in sealed disposable containers.
