Most general purpose units are leased or rented for six months or longer. In the past year, the city has utilized approximately nine general purpose single wide buildings. The city also has a recurring annual requirement for buildings for its Summer Recreation Program. Buildings for the Summer Recreation Program are generally leased or rented for about a three month period and are generally of similar size, layout and design. Each building size and accessory requirements will be determined at the time of need.
