This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. Solicitation number: FA7014-19-R-A015(iii) FAR parts are current to FAC 2019-01 and Effective 22 Jan 2019(iv) This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside acquisition with an associated NAICS code of 541611 with a $15 Million size standard.(v) Reference the attached solicitation for a list of line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure.(vi) See PWS for a description of CLINS in the attached solicitation.(vii) Performance of the contract to begin with three separate class sessions: June, July and August in the first year. There will be four subsequent option years after the

initial three months of performance. The contractor will provide the place of performance.(viii) Reference and follow the instructions in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items attached in the solicitation with an additional attached addendum.(ix) Reference and follow the instructions FAR52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items attached in the solicitation with an additional attached addendum.(x) Offerors should include a completed copy of FAR52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer.(xi) FAR52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see clauses attached to solicitation to view which additional FAR clauses are cited in this clause.(xiii) No additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.(xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is not applicable in this acquisition.(xv) Proposals shall be submitted electronically via e-mail. Except for reproduced sections of the solicitation document, text shall be no smaller than 12 point font. Pages shall be numbered sequentially by section. Margins on all four sides of each sheet will be at least one inch. Audio/Video or Digital recordings, or any other electronic media, to include responses to this solicitation (e.g. CD, tape, etc.) will not be accepted.
