Joint Service Provider Software Asset Management Support Services

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to procure Software Asset Management Support Services for the Joint Service Provider (JSP). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a hybrid type contract that includes Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) and Cost type contract line item numbers (CLINs). The period of performance will be for a twelve (12) month base period and four (4)-twelve (12) month option periods.The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541519 "Other Computer Related Services." The small business size standard is $27.5MThis notice is in conjunction to the Sources Sought Notice HQ0034-19-R-0101 previously issued on FBO.  The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to meet the requirements of FAR 52.203 "Publicizing and Response Time" and to notify industry, at least 15 days in advance,

of the Government's intent of issuing the solicitation for Software Asset Management Support Services. This requirement will be issued as a Competitive 8(a) Small Business set-aside.The issuance of the solicitation is scheduled on or around May 9, 2019, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at www.fedbizopps.gov. The due date for the proposal submission will be 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.
