Project Description
One-Two Sentences
UNC School of the Arts is seeking qualified architectural and engineering services for the creation of a 444 bed residence hall consisting of semi-suite style units. The new (approx. 136,000 GSF) facility will replace seven existing residence facilities (Bailey Street Apartments - to be demolished as part of the project) and be constructed on the same site following demolition.
