(ABOA):17,100 ABOA SF Parking Spaces (Total):On-site in accordance with local codesParking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved):Minimum five (5) spaces adjacent to the building.Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 YearsOption Term:N/AAdditional Requirements:Space shall be located in a warehouse or hangar park within an airport that provides aircraft access to a minimum 5000 linear foot runway.  All offered sites should be attractively landscaped and contain one or more modern buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image.   The Agency requires 6,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area SF of office and associated storage space and 10,700 ANSI/BOMA Office Area SF of hangar space.  750 SF of climate controlled storage space is required.  Minimum door height for offered space is 16.5’; minimum door width is 70’; and minimum hangar depth is 62’ to allow for the storage of fixed wing aircraft.  Avgas/Jet A-1 fuel must be available at the proposed airport 24/7/365.  On-site parking must meet/or exceed local code.  Reserved car parking spaces must be available adjacent to the suite.  All offered space must be contiguous within the building. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire and life safety and be capable of being fully handicapped accessible.  Building must be capable of meeting the Government’s security requirements.  All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.   Brokers or agents may represent property owner, but written authorization from the owner is required.  Subleases are not acceptable.
