Sale and Redevelopment of Municipal Real Estate

The City is seeking a proposal from a qualified developer to purchase
and improve the municipal property commonly known as “LP&L
Plant 1” located near 5
th Street and Avenue J in Lubbock, Texas. The City is most interested in a
development proposal that contemplates a future use of the property that
is compatible with the surrounding arts district.

The City of Lubbock will receive written and sealed competitive
proposals for

and hour specified will be rejected and returned unopened to the
offeror. Each proposal and supporting documentation must be in a sealed
envelope or container
