Scope of Work The City of Cooper City (the “City”) will receive sealed bids on the date and time specified below for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to rehabilitate or repair, as needed throughout the term of the contract, sanitary sewer mains, laterals, and manholes. The work includes cured-in-place pipe lining, sectional liners, cured-in-place lateral lining, along with excavated sewer repairs, cleanout installation, manhole rehabilitations, and associated work such as cleaning, TV, lateral reinstatement, bypass pumping, and traffic control. All materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, expertise, and services will be provided by the awarded bidder.
