Contractor's Responsibilities:a. On-site LED digital signage (Portable and/or static). Provide advertising digital signage at 46 unique high schools and multiple venues across metro Denver. The COARNG will provide a graphic/logo and pre-produced commercials that must be displayed for 15 seconds, at least 10 instances per event at a minimum of 1,300 events total. Advertising shall be placed in locations that allow local audience to see the advertisements being displayed in stadiums and arenas. Eligible events include football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling.b. Provide a quarterly [advertising] schedule for each event, per location, 15 days prior to each semester start date in order for the COARNG to conduct quality assurance.c. Must provide an electronic and internet based recording of each event in order for the government representative to verify advertising performance. Provide an end of month report regarding details on when/where the graphic/logo will be displayed within each recording no later than the fifth of the following month. Provide online access to replays of each game the National Guard advertising appears.d. Provide weekly highlights of high school events on broadcast television displaying the Colorado Army National Guard logo and/or message (Call to Action)5. COARNG Responsibilities:a.
