Bid No. 24-34: IFB On-Call Agreement for Small Hand Tools and Small Engine Repairs The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; “SWSC” or the “Commission”), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified small tool and engine repair vendors experienced in the diagnostics, repair and maintenance of small tools and small engines of various manufacturers. The selected vendor(s) will supply the SWSC on an as needed basis during the term of this agreement. Up to two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract. The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year with 2- One year in length Renewals. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to sara.tetrault@waterandsewer.org no later than 04/26/2023 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so. MGL Ch. 30
