The contracted organization must have demonstrated experience in (1) developing, administering, and engaging Arizona high school athletes in an interactive, e-learning course, and (2) the area of sports medicine. This project is expected to be completed in two phases. All work for Phase 1 must be completed by June 30, 2019. The budget for Phase 1 shall not
exceed $50,000. All work for Phase 2 must be completed by April 30, 2020. The budget for Phase 2 shall not exceed $110,000.
