The Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) would like to contract with an organization to develop and administer an interactive, e-learning course aimed at educating high school athletes on how to prevent the misuse and abuse of prescription opioid medication(s). The contracted organization must have demonstrated experience in (1) developing, administering, and engaging Arizona high school athletes in an interactive, e-learning course, and (2) the area of sports medicine.  This project is expected to be completed in two phases. All work for Phase 1 must be completed by June 30, 2019. The budget for Phase 1 shall not

exceed $50,000. All work for Phase 2 must be completed by April 30, 2020. The budget for Phase 2 shall not exceed $110,000.

EVALUATION AND AWARD Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
