Project includes, but not limited to, demolition & disposal of existing tennis and basketball courts; demolition & disposal of asphalt trail; construction of tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts; resurfacing and striping the parking lot; erosion and sediment control; concrete sidewalks; asphalt trail connections, curb and gutter; landscaping; irrigation; court lighting and electrical.
