This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 and DFARS DPN 20190628.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response to this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) FA461019QA014.North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 812332 and Size Standard of $38.5M apply to this procurement.Wage Determination 2015_5647 Rev 7 dated 20181226 applies to this acquisition. However, if a Collective Bargaining Agreement is in place, offerors shall provide with their quote.The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with

the CLIN structure as reflected in the SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). The period of performance will include a basic period from 01 Oct 2019 - 31 May 2020 , Four (4) one-year options from 01 June 2020 - 31 May 2024 and a Six (6) Month Extension from 1 June 2024 - 30 November 2024. Amendment 1 replaces Attachment 1 Statement of Work, revises quantities for CLINS X008 & X009 and incorporates attachment 3 2016-2019 Industrial Laundry Agreement. A conformed copy of the amendment reflecting the change in quantities has been attached to assist with submission of price proposals.
