*** 31 October 2019 ***A few questions have been received regarding the draft RFP that was posted last Friday.1. Regarding the lease terms of the buildings that will be used, the lease terms and costs will be a "passthrough" to the contractor. At the time of final RFP, we will include those costs in the proper CLINs and all offerors will use those numbers. The contractor will not be responsible for negotiating any lease terms.2. The close date for the draft RFP is 3 December. We anticipate the final RFP release sometime in January
