Bid #SP-2024-0006 - Vending Machine Services for El Dorado Court

The Superior Court of California, County of El Dorado (“Court”) is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers to provide vending machine services (services) for the El Dorado County Courthouses. Interested and qualified Proposers who can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide the goods and services described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) are invited to submit a proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically on Periscope S2G (www.bidsync.com) in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP. Submission of a partial bid will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Added on Mar 29, 2024:03/29/2024 - This addendum to this solicitation replaces the Court Online Procurement Procedures document with a corrected version of the same document. This is to address a few incorrect references to a different online bidding forum than Procurement S2G (www.bidsync.com). Procurement S2G (www.bidsync.com) is the online bidding forum which is being used for this solicitation and the new Court Online Procedures document now states this correctly.
