THE PORT AUTHORITY TRANS-HUDSON CORPORATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation (PATH) intends to establish a sole source purchase with CMI - Promex, Inc., located in Pedricktown, NJ to provide the following: TITLE: LOW-PROFILE RIDER RAILS AND MITER RAIL BASE PLATES FOR MOVEABLE BRIDGES DESCRIPTION: CMI - Promex, Inc. is the OEM for these rail products currently in use on moveable bridge(s) on the PATH rail system. All materials to be purchased must be compatible with existing parts and systems. Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit an email with a brief statement of their intent to compete. The Port Authority does not guarantee that firms responding to this notice will be rendered a request to tender an offer for this
