INTENT
The intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to award a multi-vendor contract with qualified providers for automobile repair for County owned Passenger Cars and Light Trucks. This contract will cover all accident claims over one-thousand dollars ($1000.00) per vehicle, approximately two thousand two hundred (2200) vehicles/cars.
The County may at its option choose to utilize this contract for vehicle repairs under one-thousand dollars ($1000.00).  
The County’s Risk Management Department will determine which vehicles are assigned to an individual vendor based on a review of the proposed rates for repair, the

estimated time for the repair, and the capability of the vendor to provide timely repairs.


BID SUBMISSION Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidSync only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.


MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Phoenix Local Time.


EVALUATION AND AWARD Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
