The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to provide an update to the anticipated SIR release date for 692M15-19-R-00005, change the main POC/CO, provide additional instructions to access the electronic administrative records at the William J Hughes Technical Center’s Superfund Repository, and provide a DRAFT Statement of Work for review.• The SIR is anticipated to be released in the 1st quarter of FY20.• The FAA Technical Center maintains a data repository on-site at Building 305 for the entire Superfund Program, as required under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The repository consists of numerous regulatory documents from the inception of the Technical Center’s Superfund Program to date. In order to access the Superfund Repository on-site, vendors can call 609-485-5999 to coordinate access. Vendors are permitted to make photocopies of any public documents within the Repository; however, vendors are required to furnish their own
photocopy/scanner equipment Beginning sometime around 2016, as the Superfund Program began phasing in elements of the Paperwork Reduction Act, but continue to remain in compliance with CERCLA requirements, certain documents began being furnished in electronic format only. Since all electronic documents are currently saved behind the FAA’s firewall, direct access to these documents is not permitted. However, copies of relevant electronic version-only documents have been saved to CDs and will be furnished directly to interested parties. Interested parties should note that the documents provided on the aforementioned CDs are NOT the COMPLETE library of the documents within the repository. The CDs only contain documents that were furnished in electronic format-only post-2016. Interested parties are still encouraged to visit the on-site repository at Building 305 to view the documents that are only currently available in a hardbound format. Copies of hardbound documents are not being provided electronically on CDs.• For vendors who have already visited the on-site Data Repository and do not wish to re-visit, please email the Contracting Officer, Lori McLaughlin, to coordinate obtaining the electronic information. The DRAFT SOW has been provided for informational purposes. The full solicitation will be released in the 1st quarter of FY20. • The Contracting Officer for this requirement has been changed to Lori McLaughlin, lori.mclaughlin@faa.gov.
