The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to

University of North Dakota (UND). This requirement is an annual continuation of in situ measurements in support of an extensive data analysis and collection campaign. The research, processing and distribution service must be compatible in all aspects thereby making it important to maintain the already established academic collaboration which is required for the analysis and delivery of the collected data sets.Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.
