Scope of Work provides for the purchase & installation of new & unused office modular casework, modular furniture & task chairs. The Twp will award to a vendor or vendors that best provide modular casework, modular furniture & task chairs as described in the specifications.
The bid is broken down into 3 options (see price sheet). Vendors may bid on Option #1, Option #2 and Option #3 OR a single or double option - Option #1 (in its entirety), Option #2 (in its entirety) and Option #3 (in its entirety) may be awarded to the same vendor, two vendors or three vendors. Discount pricing will remain firm for entire length of contract.
The term of the contract will be 2 years from execution of contract with 2 - 1 year renewals with mutual written consent of the Twp & awarded vendor(s) for all options.
Each option will be examined separately & award(s) will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for each Option. One, two or three vendors will be awarded contract(s).
