There will be a pre-proposal conference on Wednesday February 13, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the U.S. Embassy, 33 Nine Elms Lane, London SW11 7US. If you are interested in attending, please respond by 17:00 on Friday February 8, 2019 with your company name and name of attendees (2 max per company). All attendees will need to provide a valid license or passport when visiting and please note that parking will not be available.Bids are due in by 17:00 on Friday March 22, 2019. Please send one (1) copy of your completed bid electronically to londonproc@state.gov.You submittal should include: a completed copy of the SF-1449 form, a completed copy of the pricing tables from Section 1 of the solicitation, and everything listed in SECTION 3 - SOLICITATION PROVISIONS of the attached solicitation document. Your bid may be deemed technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award if any of this is missing.Registration in the US Government's System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov is mandatory for all overseas awards over $30,000. An information leaflet has been provided for your information. Registering in SAM. Registration is free, but the process can take several weeks. Contractors are encouraged to sign up prior to an award being made to avoid any delays at a later stage in the process.Should your bid be successful you will be asked to submit a Contractor Clearance Form for all staff providing the services.
