and ServicesSize Standard – $19,000,000.00Project Location:This project is located at: Rocky Mountain Research Station, Forest Service Inventory and Analysis, 4919 S 1500 W, Ste 200, Riverdale, UT 84405.This is requirement is for DNA Sequencing of 2,000 tree needle samples to perform genetic analysis to determine exact species and provide testing results through government furnished report. Testing and reporting must be performed in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1) For purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (it) Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only single source reasonably available.There is no reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from other vendors that can meet all of the technical abilities of this requirement.The Government intends to make an award in April of 2024 timeframe.
