Unless otherwise specified, bids shall be given both for F.O.B. plant or quarry and for deliveries to be made by the supplier to locations throughout Cherry Hill as specified at time of delivery.
Separate awards may be made to the low bidder for those items for each type of aggregate. All bids for bituminous material must be accompanied by the certification from the manufacturer as to the availability of the materials furnished by the bidder, showing dates from and to, and hours plants or quarry bill be open and how many hours notice needed for pick-up or delivery.
