The selected firm will perform the following services: engineering assessment report, environmental documentation - CE, topographic survey, geotechnical engineering services, roadway design, bridge design, permit applications, ADA and pedestrian facilities design, right-of-way plan development, title research, appraisal, review appraisal, negotiating, utility coordination, and construction phase

services. Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations may be included later if these work types become necessary. INDOT will provide pavement design and real estate closing services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
