The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Janitorial Services, at the Northport VA Medical Center, Kids Care Center (79 Middleville Rd, Northport, NY 11768). The VA Kids Center measures 3,121 square feet and performance will occur on the premises after 5:30PM, Monday through Friday (except federal holidays). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561720. Interested Parties should be aware that any worker assigned to perform on the resultant contract must pass a VA-initiated National Background Check BEFORE he or she can proceed with performance.
