This is a request for information (RFI) for planning and market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Data Mining - Forensic Data AnalysisThe USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) is a rural focused Agency and is comprised of 2,124 county offices nationwide with the purpose of supporting domestic agriculture and cooperating with commercial Agriculture to maintain a strong agricultural economy. The 2018 Farm Bill authorized over 21 programs to assist farmers, ranchers, and forest managers.FSA Has a responsibility to ensure these funds are used for the purposes intended, and to put in place processes to avoid waste, fraud, and abuse. To that end, FSA is initiating an effort to build data mining capacity to:• identify the vulnerabilities to these programs making them at risk for fraud, waste and abuse, and• identify the specific data elements needed to provide reasonable assurance that these risks are managed/minimized.Please refer to the attached RFI document for additional information and instructions.Please submit questions pertaining to this notice on or before September 20,
