Provide supply and transmission of electricity and ancillary services

 Solicitation Number: N3319120RXXXXNAICS 221122PSC S112The purpose of this source sought is to inform industry that Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) is seeking potential firms capable of providing supply and transmission of electricity and ancillary services to United States of America Department of Defense (DoD) accounts located at Deveselu, Romania. The estimated amount of energy to be provided is 21,903 MWh (mega-watt hours) over the eighteen months term of the contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation, except otherwise specified herein, necessary to perform these services.The Contractor shall provide services over the 18 (eighteen) month period January 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021.Award will be made to the Offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation

A Firm Fixed Price Agreement will be awarded as a result of an award.All interested firms must be registered on the FBO websites in order to obtain the solicitation documents and all information regarding the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the responsibility of the offeror to check the website daily for any updates/amendments. IMPORTANT NOTE: All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (http://sam.gov) to be considered for award of any United States of America, Department of Defense contract.
