Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained online at www.andoverma.gov/bids. No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for theopening thereof. The fee for these services will be set at $300,000.00 There will be a Mandatory Briefing Session held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at the Andover High School, Main Entrance, 80 Shawsheen Rd., Andover, Massachusetts, 01810.
