NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEOn behalf of the Defense Activity for Non-traditional Education Support (DANTES), Pensacola, FL, the Defense Human Resource Activity (DHRA), Contracting Directorate intends to award a single Purchase Order, on a sole source basis under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as the Contracting Officer deems only one source is reasonably available to provide the required items.The Government intends to procure reference publications from QuickSeries Publishing, Inc., 5100 NW 33RD Avenue, Suite 247, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 511199, "All Other Publishers" with a business size standard of 500 employees. This is not a solicitation or request for quotes. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the full requirement for reference publications, shall provide clear and convincing evidence of their ability to do so, in writing, by or before the deadline date for this Notice. Submittals will not be returned to the interested party and questions will not be accepted. This is an all or none requirement. Interested parties responding to parts of the requirement will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete the required services based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Costs connected with providing the capability statement will not be reimbursed.Each response should include the following Business Information:a. Contractor Name, Address,b.
