The Yarmouth County Solid Waste Management Authority (YCSWMA) is soliciting proposals for Construction Services to prepare an area at the existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Management Park for operation of a new Asbestos Disposal Cell. Construction services will include ditching, tree clearing and grubbing, installation of perimeter drainage trenches (i.e., French drains), culverts, a gravel access road, and installation of a perimeter security fence around the cell (see Section 2, Scope of Work). Fracflow Consultants Inc. is managing the project on behalf of YCSWMA.
