Scope of Work Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide landscaping and irrigation maintenance services. This project consist of landscape, turf, and irrigation system maintenance items to be completed per defined maintenance cycles, including but not limited to, mowing, edging, irrigation system maintenance, irrigation wet checks, weed control, pest control, fertilization, tree trimming and pruning, mulch application, litter control, trimming, and pruning at various locations.
The initial term of the Contract will be two consecutive calendar years and the Contract does contain a provision for renewal for one additional consecutive two year term.
