Added:Feb 20, 2019 4:22 pm The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet, Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Total Small Business Set-Aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Public Affair Office of Naval Station Mayportâ€TMs requirement for No-Cost Civilian Enterprise (CE) Base Guides.This is a synopsis for the acquisition of CE Publications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511130 Book Publishers for which the Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is for a twelve-month base period with five (5) twelve-month options. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement, and is issued for notification purposes only.A Sources Sought Notice was previously published for this requirement under Solicitation Number N6883618S0001. Based on the results of the Sources Sought Notice and the Governmentâ€TMs market research; the activityâ€TMs Office of Small Business Programs has

concurred that this requirement shall be set aside 100% for small businesses.The solicitation will be posted to NECO on 20 February 2019. The Government anticipates award of a single Civilian Enterprise contract. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO web site: www.neco.navy.mil under Business Opportunities under solicitation number N6883619R0009.The Government will NOT distribute hard-copy solicitations or amendments. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendments thereto.Subsequent amendments, if any, will be transmitted solely via the NECO web site. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the NECO web site early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued. The NECO web site is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance.
