KLAMATH COUNTY, OREGON  REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL  Public Notice  The Klamath County Tax/Property Sales Department seeks proposals from qualified real estate brokers/firms to list and sell non-tax foreclosed, county owned surplus property zoned Commercial and/or Industrial.  The RFP document may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 or by calling (541) 883- 5100 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The RFP is also available on the web at  http://www.klamathcounty.org/Bids.aspx. Any party downloading the RFP packet from the web will be responsible to check with the Contract and Risk Manager, by phone 541-851-3693, or email at lbarlow-hunter@co.klamath.or.us , or on line at the above referenced link, for any addenda issued for this project.  Questions pertaining to

the scope of work should be directed to the Contract and Risk Manager, by phone 541-851-3693, or email at lbarlow-hunter@co.klamath.or.us .  There will be no mandatory pre-proposal meeting.  Sealed Proposals marked "Real Estate Services" shall be received by the Contract and Risk Manager no later than 2 p.m., Nov 8, 2019 at the address listed on the front page of the RFP. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. Mail or courier or hand-delivered. Proposals shall be sent to the attention of Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager. Late, faxed or electronically transmitted Proposals shall not be accepted.  Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so.
