RFP for San Francisco Traffic Company & Forensic Services Division (TCFSD) Facility Trade Packages

Project DescriptionThe proposed San Francisco Police Department (“SFPD”) Traffic Company and Forensic Services Division (“TC&FSD”) project is a three story building with approximately 90,000 square feet of floor space, plus about 6,300 square feet of unconditioned semi-open motorcycle parking outside of the building’s footprint for the Traffic Company, which occupies roughly 20% of the building program area. The Traffic Company, along with Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) and the Real Estate Division (RED) and building support spaces make up the bulk of level 1 with the Forensic Services Division laboratories, firearms test facility, office spaces, conference facilities, building amenities and support spaces being on levels 2 and 3. The roof includes a small enclosed penthouse area with the majority of rooftop equipment screened from public view by an open screen wall.Pre-qualified firms are invited to submit a Proposal in response to this
