The purpose of this RFP is to solicit response from pharmacy wholesale distributors qualified and experienced in the sale of 340B and Health Resource Services Agency (HRSA) 340B drugs. Additionally, experience with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) HIV Medication program (also known as ADAP) drugs is preferred. Wholesale distributors should have experience managing virtual inventory system(s) for HRSA 340B and/or the Texas DSHS HIV Medication Program.
