Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) FY20 Repair of Repairables

Description:  The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded sole-source delivery order N0001920F0324 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001915G0003 to Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD), Tucson, AZ, 85756 for Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) FY20 Repair of Repairables.This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Raytheon Missiles & Defense is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the JSOW weapon system and its related equipment and as such is the only company that has the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, production tooling facilities and technical data necessary to meet this requirement. GENERAL INFORMATION:  Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with RMD at the address: Raytheon Missile Defense, Attention: Susy Arechaga, 1151 E.
