Chemical Waste Disposal

The USDA, ARS, Plains Area Conservation and Production Research Lab in Bushland, TX, is seeking services for the Packaging, Transportation, & Disposal of Hazardous Chemical Waste.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 (current as of FAC 2001-24), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotation being requested.  The NAICS is 325199.  The Solicitation number 943624JBP and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The description of items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order.See attached Statement of Work for details.The successful contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision in performing all operations required to properly remove and dispose of hazardous chemical wastes.  All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations must be followed.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside.
