The selected consultant must demonstrate experience in both reuse storage and pumping systems design. The selected consultant may report to Toho staff or Toho’s program management consultant. Toho is experiencing growth throughout its reuse service area primarily due to new developments. Toho master planning identified a new Edgewater

Reuse Storage and Repump Station (Edgewater Reuse) to help meet new developments’ reuse demands. The proposed pumping capacity of the facility is 6,000 gallons per minute and the proposed storage capacity is 2.5 million gallons.
