Banking Services

The City of Medford (City) requests proposals from qualified banks to perform banking services for the City.  General banking services include, but are not limited to, daily deposits, payroll and accounts payable checks, direct deposit of payroll, on-line ACH and wire payments, bank draft autopay for City customers, remote (City) scanning of checks, bank card transactions, comprehensive on-line interface including daily text file of deposit slips, cleared and returned checks, images of cleared checks, and positive pay.  The contract will be for four years beginning on January 1, 2020, with the option of two three-year renewals for a maximum of ten years.   Sealed proposals may be submitted electronically through BidSync or by sealed paper proposal.  Sealed paper proposals may be submitted to:   City of Medford Jennifer Huston, Purchasing Agent 411 W 8th Street, Room 380 Medford, OR  97501   Proposals must be received 4:00 pm local time on October 21, 2019.  Proposals must be marked in
