and the Cities of Albany, Berkeley, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, Oakland, San Pablo,
Richmond, San Leandro (“Participating Entities”), is requesting proposals from qualified
firms (hereafter referred to as “Proposer”) to provide shelter advertising services which
include the design, supply, construction, and maintenance of advertising and noncommercial
transit shelters as set forth in this RFP - Part III, Scope of Services.Procurement Instructions:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit (District) will receive proposals on August 23, 2019 @ 1:00 p.m. PST in writing to

To receive consideration, bids must be delivered prior to the date and time for bid opening. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope properly endorsed as to the bid number and project title.

At the hour specified in the notice, the District will open, examine and publicly declare all bids received. Bidders, their representatives, and others interested are invited to be present at the opening of bids. A notice of intent to award will be issued within a reasonable time after bids have been opened.
Submittal Info:Proposers are instructed to submit technical and price proposals to Umiika Wright, uwright@actransit.org or
submit a hardcopy to 1600 Franklin Street Oakland, CA 94612. Proposals shall be clearly marked indicating the Proposer’s name and the RFP number. If personally delivering your Proposal, please allow adequate time for signing in with the security desk in the first-floor lobby. Proposals submitted after 1 pm on August 23, 2019 will not be accepted.

Submission of a Proposal shall constitute a firm offer to the District. No Proposer may withdraw its Proposal for a period of 90 calendar days after the Proposal submission due date. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any irregularity or informalities in any Proposal or in the Proposal procedure, and to negotiate with any individual, qualified firm, or organization. Each Proposer will be notified in writing of the intent to award a contract prior to the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting.Scope of Work:See Scope of Services section within the RFP.RFP/IFB Attachments/Documents:
