Item Work Description The selected firm shall provide the following services for each of these projects: Engineering Assessment, Hydraulics Analysis (except for Des # 1800257), Environmental Document Preparation - CE, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Design & Plan Development, Permits Applications, Utility Coordination, R/W Engineering and Title Research (except for Des # 1703002), and Construction Phase Services. The selected firm will perform the bridge design and plan development work necessary to produce the

construction contract documents. The selected firm may be required to provide additional services, such as Wetland Mitigation, Historical/Archaeological Investigations. INDOT will provide pavement design and land acquisition services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
