Added:May 20, 2019 11:08 amModified:Jul 30, 2019 4:49 pmTrack Changes30July19: This is the official release of Solicitation W9128F19R0060 Unrestricted Request For Proposal (RFP)for Rapid Response Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC).The Government intends to issue an Unrestricted Request For Proposal (RFP) on or about 5 June 2019 for a Rapid Response Environmental Remediaiton Services (ERS) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC).The contract awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Emergency/Immediate/Rapid Response under NAICS Code 562910, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (USACE) and its customers in the Continental United States (CONUS) including Alaska and Hawaii, the South Atlantic Division (SAD) Area of Responsibility (AOR), and the Pacific Ocean Division (POD) AOR. The contract awarded will include both cost reimbursement and firm fixed price task
orders, for response actions and remediation of various hazardous waste sites as identified in Section C of the RFP.The contract awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Emergency/Immediate/Rapid Response under NAICS Code 562910, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (USACE) and its customers in the Continental United States (CONUS) including Alaska and Hawaii, the South Atlantic Division (SAD) Area of Responsibility (AOR), and the Pacific Ocean Division (POD) AOR. The contract awarded will include both cost reimbursement and firm fixed price task orders, for response actions and remediation of various hazardous waste sites as identified in Section C of the RFP.The following response times will be included in the RFP and resulting SATOC:Rapid Response (RR). The contractor must be capable of initiating fieldwork within 30 days after receiving the task order notification. Initial notification of a potential RR mission can happen Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. U.S. Central Standard time, excluding holidays.Immediate Response (IR). The contractor must be capable of initiating fieldwork 72 hours after receipt of the task order notification. Initial notification of a potential IR can happen at any time, seven days a week, holidays, and weekends.Emergency Response (ER). The contractor must be capable of initiating fieldwork within 24 hours after receiving the task order award notification. Initial notification of a potential ER mission can happen any time, seven days a week, to include holidays.The total amount of contract capacity under this solicitation shall not exceed $80 Million. There is no limit of the number of task orders that may be executed against this contract. The cumulative amount of the task orders shall not exceed $80M. This SATOC will have a base ordering period of three (3) years with a four (4) year optional ordering period, or until the $80M contract capacity is expended, whichever occurs first.
