Managed Print Services

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is seeking a creative arrangement with a single vendor for optimizing its infrastructure (E.G. Printers/Copiers) to lower total and per-impression expenses. SMUD’s objectives are to improve employee and asset efficiency, lower expenses and support sustainability efforts. This contract will be for a three year term with two optional one year extension periods thereafter. SMUD is leveraging the State of New Mexico's NASPO ValuePoint Agreement No. 40-000-14-00107 via the State of California's Cooperative Agreement No. 7-16-70-39 to solicit proposals for Managed Print Services. Only those authorized resellers under this contract will be allowed to submit a proposal for these services.
