RFP Equipment Rental for Lahainaluna Intake

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS EQUIPMENT RENTAL FOR REMOVAL OF DIRT, BANK EROSION, ROCK DEBRIS, TREES AND OTHER WASTE PRODUCTS THAT IS RESTRICTING THE LAHAINALUNA INTAKE WHICH PROVIDES WATER TO THE TREATMENT PLANT FOR THE DEPARMENT OF WATER SUPPLY COUNTY OF MAUI RFP # DWPS 2020-19 The County of Maui, Department of Water Supply is seeking sealed offers for rental equipment, and other services for the Lahainaluna Intake which provide water to the Treatment Plant in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. The proposals must be made in pursuant of the State of Hawaii’s procurement law which governs the use of public funds in retaining private firms to provide contractual services on public projects. Bidders are to comply with the most current procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103-D and any amendments. The Request for Proposal document outlines the requirements of the proposal. DWSP 2019-10 may be obtained at the Fiscal Office, Purchasing Branch, located on the fifth floor of the Kalana O Maui (County Building), address is 200 South High Street, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii 96793.
