PURPOSE: This amendment is being issued to reference an additional industry NAICS code that is closely associated with the NVSBE specific communities of interest (COI), as a means of overcoming a functional limitation of FBO, and maximize the reach of this announcement. Additionally, this amendment is being issued to expand the list of primary NAICS codes referenced in the original posting and in previous amendment 2.
