Furnishing, Installation and Inspection of Pole Mounted Speed Display (PMSD) Signs, RFQ 118782

Description:
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed pricing for a turnkey operation, which includes the furnishing, installation and inspection of six (6) Pole Mounted Speed Display (PMSD) signs on Evergreen Mills Road (Route 621) and Watson Road (Route 860) in the Catoctin and Blue Ridge Election Districts. The exact location of the signs are To Be Determined based on roadside conditions and future coordination with the County. However, a general location map is included with this solicitation. It is understood that per Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Policy TE-374.1, special approval is required to install these signs on Route 621 and Route 860.
