The post construction BMPs must be maintained as long as the impervious areas remain. Per this regulation, MSD currently operates and maintains 67 green infrastructure landscapes at 15 separate sites throughout Jefferson County. This proposal is for the general landscape maintenance of these green infrastructure assets.
